Strawberry Pickin'

This weekend was a first for me...I know, those of you who know that I grew up somewhat of a country girl will never believe this, but I was able to take the kids strawberry picking...like at a real strawberry farm...not picking at the grocery store:) HA HA! We had the best time...Madison and Carson loved it! They were running up and down the rows finding all the big, red strawberries. The weather was perfect, a little windy, but just the right temp. We filled our box and then went inside to the little cafe and had the best strawberry shortcake that will probably ever cross my lips...this stuff was so good!! There just aren't words to describe...Madsion and Carson were content with fresh frozen strawberry yogurt which they got all over themselves, but who cares??? We had a blast!
